If you’re caught up with the online fashion world, you’ve properly heard of the clothing brand known as Romwe circulating around for a while now. Romwe sells cute items at amazingly cheap prices both before and after discounts. With these budget-friendly figures, it’s easy to question the brand. Is Romwe really reliable, or is it just another scam? Well, that’s exactly why I’m here to solve all your woes with this Romwe review.
A few weeks ago, Romwe contacted me for a collaboration. Having read numerous reviews about the brand, both good and bad, I piqued up in interest and agreed. I’m a rather stingy person and I knew this was my chance to give Romwe a go. If the items turn out satisfactory, I knew I’d be purchasing from them again.

Pom pom two-piece set
The first item I chose from Romwe is the Grey Pom Pom Crop Cami Top With Shorts (link here). I’d never owned a two-piece set before and the minimalist integration of the pom pom trend caught my eye. It comes exactly as named. The casual pom pom set is perfect for the normcore lover, being neither too funky nor over-the-top. Grey with a row of white cotton pom poms lining the bottom edges of the crop cami top and the shorts, it proves to be a cute choice to wear on a hot day out.
Truth be told, I wasn’t expecting much when I ordered my loot. But my Grey Pom Pom Crop Cami Top With Shorts (link here) in Size S exceeded expectations. I was pleasantly surprised that the set fit really well. The crop top wasn’t too wide for my narrow body and the shorts fit comfortably with its elastic waistband. I usually avoid shopping online because I’m very small and shops don’t normally go down to my size, so I know I’ve found a real gem here. As a reference, I’m unable to fit into Topshop Petite’s size 00 jeans!
The Grey Pom Pom Crop Cami Top With Shorts set (link here) is currently priced at USD$9.99. It’s a huge steal so get it while it’s in stock! The quality may not be that of a designer brand, but it’s still really good for its price. I’m mighty glad I took a chance on Romwe.
For the first time ever, I didn’t wear my Adidas Superstars or my Nike Air Force 1’s. Instead, I dug out my good ol’ Keds Champion Originals (link here). Romwe’s grey pom pom set goes better with a more laid-back model of trainers, and the casual white Keds fit that description perfectly. The lower cut of the shoes also give the illusion of longer legs when paired with shorts, so why not?
While the usual black backpack would work well with Romwe’s grey pom pom set, I’d found the H&M Brown Shoulder Bag (link here) at a discounted price on the clearance shelf a while back, and finally decided to put it to good use. The round shape of the crossbody bag and its circular clasp goes well with the pom poms. Unfortunately, it isn’t stocked in H&M stores anymore, but there are plenty of similar models at similar budget-friendly prices all around the web.
And in conclusion of this Romwe review, I certainly picked out a gem from the online retailer! I went in with low expectations and came out beyond satisfied. If you’re considering to order from Romwe, I’d say go for it, but do keep in mind that sizes run very small. If Romwe’s size S fits me and I’m normally unable to fit in Topshop Petite’s size 00 jeans… well, you can imagine the true sizing of the pieces. So make sure you order accordingly, and happy shopping!
