Compared to many countries around the world, Hong Kong has handled the coronavirus fairly well. Still, I’ve been staying home a lot this year, to protect myself and those around me.
This means a lot less café-hopping and a lot more lounging around. On one particular occasion, bored out of my wits at home, I set up a tripod and had a photoshoot right there in my ugly pyjamas.
The biggest thing that has helped me stay sane this year, though, is TikTok. In March, I made my first video. Since then, my account has taken off and I have amassed nearly 100k followers. Filming is now something I make time for every weekend.

I miss cafe hopping too, and yes one of our solutions to quarantine is also indoor photoshoots!
